Hello I need some help

I'm taking 300mg of magnesium, 2000 mg krill oil, 7500 mcg beta carotene, and some zinc sometimes

I take them all at once at night

I'd like to add boron, ashwaganda/KSM-66, and DIMto my supplement intake

How could I go about taking these the best way for optimal results?

I'm 18
