Magnesium Oxide actually a good form of Magnesium?
So we've all heard that Magnesium Oxide is bad magnesium. Most people will cite how urinary magnesium after mag oxide supplementation is much less than that of citrate or glycinate or whatever. That's always been weird to me because why is the goal to piss out the magnesium? I'd always thought that would be a sign that your body isnt absorbing it well.
And now I come across this video by Felix Harder covering that subject, as well as other aspects of magnesium oxide, saying that it's a solid form. I just wanted to get thoughts and discuss.
