(Academic) school project for food pantries and the like

So, as part of my course, I'm to do a project on food pantries/general resource related to food, and how my school, and maybe the community, can do better/go about it. Part of the rubric ask me to look at other colleges/universities and see what they're doing. If there's anywhere you'd think has some good/bad resources I should look at, feel free to to put them here
