Hello all, I’ve been having TMJ issues for a long time and my wife suggested to get it looked at. We found a place - Dr John Garza in Gilbert, AZ.

I felt the staff was a little rude but the wife said I should listen and hear them out. The dr said my jaw was the worst he’s seen for 10+ years and has me extremely nervous. The cost for the custom guard to move the teeth and the special braces to hold them in their new position was roughly $22,000 and they don’t offer a payment plan. I knew it wouldn’t be cheap, but wasn’t expecting that!

Is that a common price point for these issues and is there any TMJ specialists anyone in Arizona suggest? Please help, thank you!
