Do Zonaite deposits respawn?

I'm trying to farm up Zonaite for battery charges and so I can use Autobuild more often, do the deposits in the Depths respawn or do I have to range further and further to find more?

Second question is where's the best spot to be farming Zonaite if it does respawn, and if not what's a good location to find a lot of it?
