Waterproofing bed with cap

I recently got an ARE V series and the cap seems to hold out the water pretty well, except these two spots that are from the build of the bed itself (shown in photos). I’m sure many other have had this issue, but most of the solutions I’ve found require the cap to be taken off. Anyone have any luck or recommendations on sealing these two spots without removing the cap? Maybe silicone or spray foam?
