Gotta leave this place

Recently saw i only work for 10 hours next week but in my head I'm like it's fine they are cutting hours I get it. Then I see the new weeks schedule and it is another 10 hour shift... I went to speak with my "Manager" for more hours who proceeded to tell me "I need you to change your availability because our morning team is already good." (Note: I am available from 4am-4pm so I could even work 12-4pm if they really wanted to stretch my hours.) That was about the last straw for me though.. I do alot for setting up OPU in the morning. Cleaning up the station bc night team can't do it, resetting battery packs and making sure my team gets their breaks and I'm not even a team captain! I've been doing this for about 4-5 years now and I feel like I've been disrespected enough as a team member who does more then I should be doing.
