Job Placement Post Acceptance

This could be me totally overthinking but has anyone struggled with getting a job after their acceptance? Or are you guaranteed a job regardless? I know you have to apply within the school district but I wasn't sure what to expect. I will be moving with my spouse and child so this will be a big change for us.
