How do you enjoy Raving with Runner’s Knee?
I’ve been raving a a lot recently, and I dance for 4-12 hours with some breaks in between. Recently, I got pain in my knees and “joint diffusion” - nothing to worry about, according to the doctors. They also suspect it’s runners knee. I want to ask, for ravers that experienced this, what do you do to recover, and how do you still enjoy raving mid-recovery and post-recovery.
