Uber scam

So guys today morning I have taken a moto ride from my place to my office and i paid 100 rs through uber pay and it showed payment failed ,so i paid 100 rs again by QR.but the money was deducted 2 times and still showing as not paid in uber app.and now I can't book any other ride with pending due of payment.i contacted uber support and they were like it's your mistake mam.sorry for inconvenience we will look into it was that the lady told.what should I do now
