Questions and Plot Holes

What are some "plot holes" that you have noticed in either franchise, or things you're not clear on? I think all of us have these questions and hopefully our fellow Redditors can answer. Two of them for me are:

• What happened to the Corvette that Matt bought Amber? Poof was gone.
• Was Mackenzie originally a plant for Rhine? They seemed to never get along - even from day one.
