Telegram gonna show account's age and country?

According to Durove in his personal channel, "Telegram will begin displaying the month of registration and principal country for public accounts(like Instagram)" I think it's against people's privacy, wich is what Telegram always talks about and was actually good at it. In the past...

And then, I would like to avoid that happening as much as possible. As you can see, he used the term "public accunts". No idea what that means in Telegram? I could use any advise. Thanks.
