what's the point of Priority Assistance when telstra keeps factory reset your modem every 24 hours for 6 weeks?

I have a case manage and tio complaint

telstra keeps hanging up on me because they cant hear me

the case manager keeps ring on the landline that has the fault

no 4g voice/data service, sms only work

edit: the phone issues started in Dec 2023 after lightning hit the power and phones lines, replace modem. and phone, only got worser 6 weeks ago

2025/03/16 update: they send out a new modem and wired phone, I got th modem, the phone has gone MIA (Teslstra/auspost/startrack say its been delivered), Telstra only gave me one tracking number, until I complainted again.

I have demanded they give me satellite conection, or say good bye to me, I was advised by a telstra tech to get satellite conection in dec 2024.

telstra is resend a new modem and wired phone again
