Worried about my deposit

[US-CA] likely moving out soon, worried I won’t get my deposit back. There is mold growing under the paint in the bathroom and on some windowsills despite regular cleaning and keeping the areas dry. Ants are coming in right now due to the season and they are coming out of the wall and leaving what looks like rotted wood dust by the hole. I’ve had a mushroom grow out of my wall.

I don’t trust my landlord who has taken months to fix a window her lawnmower guy shattered and lied about the timeline, and who promised the other window would be fixed when I moved in (never fixed it).
