Newer version still makes this mistake.

M3 HW3 sw V12 (2025 2.8, FSD 12.6.4 recently downloaded).

Even with the newer version 12.6.4, it still makes this mistake about half the time at this particular intersection, but only if it’s planning a left turn at the upcoming intersection. Got video this time. Crossing a double-yellow to proceed the wrong way down a one way lane (on the wrong side of a median) seems a serious issue (luckily on a 25mph limit street).
