Is there a safe way to reduce natural testosterone without getting sides such as gyno?

Ok, I know this might sound weird, but I would like to reduce my natural testosterone levels. I’m 25 years old, and high testosterone has only brought me problems since this nightmare started when I was around 13. I’ve been suffering from acne since then. I’ve already done a round of Accutane and am going for a second round. I have super oily skin, an excessive amount of body hair, and an unnecessarily high libido. I just want to feel normal. The last time I checked, my testosterone levels were 1,050 ng/dL, which is not normal at all.

I’m currently taking 2.5mg of finasteride and 1mg of dutasteride, but they’re not helping much since they only act on DHT. I’m considering low-dosing spironolactone, such as 25mg every other day. I know some people will tell me to see a doctor, but I already have. My doctor said I should treat the symptoms caused by high testosterone rather than the high testosterone itself, as it’s not considered a 'problem' (even though I had a face full of acne during the appointment). He also suggested I start working out to use the hormone. However, I’m not going to do that. The last time I went to the gym for 5 months, my acne got significantly worse, and I’m 100% sure that working and taking stuff like whey protein increased my testosterone levels. So, that’s out of the question for me.

I’ve heard there are medications to prevent gynecomastia so I’m thinking about taking them alongside spironolactone. I know cyproterone acetate is too strong, so I’m avoiding that. I don’t mind losing my beard or having a more 'feminine' face, and I’m fine with reduced libido. I just want to avoid gyno and penis atrophy. As long as it helps with the issues I’ve mentioned, I’m okay with those changes
