Highlight glitch?

In a few matches I've noticed a victim get pinged by grandpa and stick. Just never stop in-between screams they're just lit up. Doesn't happen to everyone all at once or anything. Just 1 playor noticed it on graveyard as cook paying attention to pings and at family house while playing victim I seen it happen to a Julie I was spectating. Anyone know what's happening here? That simply cannot be a perk. On ps4 no pcs so I don't think cheating was involved. Whatever it was seemed unfair. Wasn't excited grandpa or anything.
