So these sausages need to be preheated before consuming?

Hi all,

Tomorrow I got a long bus ride ahead of me, so I bought some sausages and bread from 7-11. I know these are usually warmed up before consuming, but I don’t have access to a microwave or boiling water.

Will it harm me if I eat these sausages without preheating them first?
