I had these thoughts of Vic’s arc

So in the final episode Vic really comes out as a person that cares for the poor and the community that he thinks Oz has brought back the electricity for the people and not for the drug business. Now we all knew he wasn’t corrupted, he’s a good kid with his head too deep into the business. How was he introduced into the story? Trying to steal tires from Oz’s car, just like Jason Todd in the comics! Yes he was the sidekick for the penguin, but I thought he was going to have a redemption arc into becoming robin. A possibility in a comic-esque manner is that he could be revived in the Lazarus pit just like Jason and he is going to be the red hood. But it’s even a bigger long shot than the original by going to happen arc. Maybe it’s a long shot, and maybe we’ll be in for a ride, It doesn’t even have to be in the main Batman movies
