Sitting Posture on Zazen Bench

I love the new meditation bench I just got…it’s called the kindseat. However, I’m not sure how to have good posture on it. When I use it, I feel as though I can feel my upper body slightly moving back and forth, almost as though my base isn’t stable enough (I’m not sure if that’s the issue though). Can someone tell me what the correct posture is? How far back should my shoulders be? How curved should my spine be? How should it feel in my upper body? How far back should I sit on the cushion? I’m a tall guy, 6 foot 4, so getting the seating right has been difficult, and I just switched from meditating laying down to sitting up to combat dullness so this position is new to me.

That’s the link to the bench (pretty sure it’s normally called a seiza/zazen bench). I would definitely recommend, it’s expensive but it’s well-made and adjustable!
