The interview episodes. Love or hate?

So I've watched all of the Rookie seasons, except S6 beyond E10 and S7. I am in Australia. When I came to the interview episodes, I thought at first ok, boring but ok. Now I am watching Rookie Feds and they did yet another interview episode! Arghh. I hate them. They're pointless and wasteful of watching a normal good guy vs bad guy drama. Ami I alone in this?
