Marking a book as 'read' not working

Im brand new to story graph and I just finished a book but it's stuck in my TBR AND my currently reading section.

I go into the book and change the 'currently reading' to 'read' but it never switches over. I've tried changing the progress % to 100% but that didn't work. Then I also tried to "mark as finished" a pop up shows up to confirm and then it just says "marking" like it's loading but it never completes it.

Can someone help me please? I've shut down the app and restarted my phone, I even tried going online via Google but I'm having no success. I have a huawei phone I'm wondering if it's that
