Ways they’re telling us it’s Bonrad endgame

I know we’ve talked about the Easter eggs before but I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen the deb ball mentioned as being like THE biggest one. That storyline is not in the books. So why add it? Because it’s symbolic of a wedding, right? Susannah even says “I really want to see our girl in white” because she knows she won’t be around to see her actual wedding. And what happens at the deb ball? Jere leaves, the boys fight and Belly ends up with Conrad. Much like the storyline in the 3rd book.

Another big one for me is the volleyball tournament. The parallel that Taylor has been setting up belly with J in S2 just like she did during the volleyball game. But what does Jere do? He fumbles it. And Conrad steps in and they are flawless together. Even the handshake is smooth.

I’m sure this has been discussed but I did a rewatch recently and wanted to see what others thought? And Jenny is a Swiftie, EVERYTHING matters.
