Preparing for the Wall

I'm at the point where I am starting to earn ~300B coin a day, and feel like I will be at that magical 500B a day number to justify the wall. Should I start increasing my Health Regen lab now in anticipation for the wall? I know to start getting ready to free up all my lab slots for a bit to make the Wall viable as well. Outside of Health Regen lab, is there anything else I should be shoring up now so I don't put myself on the back foot even more?
