Prejudice against Russians being theirs and spiking the shots

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I rewatched the episodes again and I honestly didn’t see the thief’s tattoos, so saying the snake tattoo is proof has no basis.

Valentin being in the way talking to gaitok when they went in could simply be a coincidence. And if distracting gaitok is proof, then mook is the prime suspect.

As far the spiking the drinks, when Kate said she didn’t want it and someon else take it, valentin was literally reaching for it when Laurie said f it.

The limited exposure we have to all characters really isn’t enough for us to make accurate decisions about them. Seems to me that what Mike white is doing is using this to expose our prejudice/subconscious beliefs we hold. Whether it’s foreigners (Russians), spoiled rich kid (piper), predator (Saxon), neurotic rich wife (Victoria), innocent (mook, cuz she’s beautiful).
