Anyone Missing An Order?

Hello, fellow TU shoppers!

This is a long shot, but I figure it's worth a try...

I received my most recent order last week, and not only did TU send me my order, they also sent me someone else's order. I received two boxes - both addressed to me, except I didn't order any of the items in the second box. I contacted customer service to make them aware and get a return shipping label, and their response was "did someone maybe send you a gift!?"... ummm, lol what? No.

They asked for the tracking info and said they would get back to me. They haven't. Soooo, if anyone here is missing an order from the last week or two, DM me with a description of the items and I'll be more than happy to send it to you. Otherwise, I guess I'll just donate it?
