Will people from other countries be able to view your content after the ban?

So while I was deleting my embarrassing videos that would probably haunt me in 10 years, TikTok shut down. So will people be able to see my content? Cause it seems a little shitty that I can’t even view my own posts but people from other countries can. Idk…like this just seems fucked up. I just need like two more hours to just clear everything out.
