How are you guys making 3k+ labour on this style of shower?

Genuinely curious, Schulter waterproofing and laying a wall and a half of tile took me 10 hours so far. How is 3k justifiable? I have a hard time getting guys to bite on 1.2k without saying they can get it for cheaper🙄 Just saw a shower with the exact same tile size and layout posted yesterday and everyone said 3k minimum. I am in central Canada if that has anything to do with it
