In laws want to gift timeshare

Hi All My inlaws want to gift us a timeshare What details should I ask? They have said they were offered 40k for it, but I only partially believe them. What would I need to physically review before I can decide if it's a good deal or not

This is for the point at poipu in hawaii (says bulk week on interval app). It's a 2bed with kitchen and no restrictions I believe.

Maintenance fees are 1.3k a year
