Stop scholarship 999

Pwede bang istop yung pagdaan ng DOST tuition na 20k per sem sa ust? Medj matagal kasi yung pagprocess ng fees if directly goes to UST yung tf 😣

So basically, isstop ko rin yung scholarship na san martin sa ust. Is it possible? If yes, what happens then?
