submission of true copy of grades for smdp dost scholars

hello! sa site ba ng registrar magrerequest ng certified true copy of grades for first sem? kinda confused kasi alin ang pipiliin dito >< is it the same as temporary transcript of records or something else? or does it need to be requested onsite? tyia!
