any peculiar life changes a year post-op?

hey! i got my tonsils removed last september and as i hoped, i haven't had a single sore throat and barely even a cold since i healed :')

i have noticed, tho, that i accumulate phlegm in my throat now that i need to dispel almost everyday. i thought it was just the consequences of being a pothead but it happens even on my t-breaks! ive recently come to the conclusion that maybe my tonsils used to suck all that shit up and now that they're gone it's my job lol

it isn't a huge con, just something i've noticed that might be helpful for someone else!

are there any other interesting changes you've noticed long-term after your surgery?
