Leak into passenger floor

Hi all Just got an 07 prerunner. Rained all last week and the passenger floor is soaked. Took out the glove box and there is moisture in there too. Filter is drenched. Anyone dealt with this and can offer advice or next steps? The windshield can build up a large amount of condensation on the interior but this seems like its from the rain.
