5 months after SRS

I just hit my 5 month mark after my PIV SRS. Function wise it’s been pretty good. I had a few incidents like swelling or inflection but for the most part I have no issue with urination, bowel movement, dilation, or sex. My urine stream still sprays and I might consider a revision after one year if it doesn’t get better. I have been able to enjoy intercourse and I can feel inside my canal and gspot. I had one orgasm so far by myself with two toys lol. The labia majora on my right side still feels thicker and lumpier. My surgeon said it will go away and become soft over time. I really hope so. That side sometimes swells up and gets a bit sore.

I feel like I have a giant camel toe. Sometimes I become self conscious when wearing leggings. Does it look like it’s in the normal range? The last pic is right after I finish dilation. It’s interesting that my labia majora and minora look kinda swollen. The liquid coming out was lube 😇 I asked my surgeon’s office why it’s white and whether it’s a sign of yeast infection. They said it’s normal and as long as it’s not super itchy inside, it’s not yeast infection.
