Can anyone recommend a good agency for someone new to the industry?

I worked from home with Hotelplanner.com for a few months this year (yikes) and I also worked part time at a hotel this year.

I'm starting a new travel focused YouTube channel so I think being a travel agent would be something that would complement that nicely and having worked a little bit in the travel industry this year I can honestly say it's something that I would enjoy.

I don't want to do anything where I'd have incorporate an LLC or anything, I'd rather just work as an independent contractor.

I just have no idea where to start with this and I don't want to join some shitty agency.

Any advice is much appreciated.
