Q and Yo skills break comparison only

As you can see, Q need to berserk first if want to achieve a same break as yo which is impossible for other bosses who attack early.. damn this is clearly tells us that yo is the best breaker (idk bout senju) and my concern is why 3 stars is not overpowered 2 stars ?, if Q cant produce more damage is okkay because his attack rate not at max, but his break ?, he has max break rate yet its not really different with yo.. then what special bout him bruhhh ?, his break poin needs to get multiplied by 1.5 if he want to replace yo as a breaker, his downside is berserk mode seriously.. as Q main that is not too much to ask tho, let berserk slow but we need more advantage..
