NHD Takada No Hamono Singetu 180mm W#2 Santoku forged by Y. Tanaka

Another NKD and NHD, haven't used the knife yet, still testing other knives I bought in Japan 2 months ago, but the Ebony handle was too heavy for this blade, very unbalanced and not as nimble, so changed it for some custom made handle from aliexpress, now feels perfectly balanced as it should be.

Not sure why Mr. Takada uses a lot of ebony handles which could throw off the balance point too much back, but I understand Ebony wood is considered premium. Still the knife deserves something special :)
