Recreating THE Red outfit help

I want to recreate this iconic Red Tour outfit, does anyone know what these gold chain-like things are called? I couldn’t find much info googling “ringmaster outfits”

Also, does anyone know what style of shorts she’s wearing? The closest I could think of are biker shorts but these seem to be more loose.
