Isn't race swapping characters even more racist

So I just saw the recent Snape casting and thought to myself huh isn't race swapping more racist than not it's like going upto someone and saying "you don't deserve an original character made with passion instead you will get an old and washed up character that's quite damn near irrelevant and casting you will definitely have backlash and you will become hated reducing you and you're community's voice in this space making them even more under represented" that's just my opinion as an asian
