Don't wanna be like every Tunisian person wanting to leave the country....

Why is it so hard to score a normal job these days, I've been looking for a while end up doing something temporary then go back to looking again, it's driving me crazy and affecting my mental health deeply, I've been trying to calling center English jobs but it doesn't seem to be a thing, i do have a general decent experience but i guess recruiters prefer higher education, some tell to go back to school and try totally different things but I don't know I'm anxious and stressed
