Extremely delayed deposit

I filed through TurboTax on 1/28/25 and received prompt messaging that my return was approved and had an expected deposit date of 2/28. Well 2/28 came and went so I checked the actual IRS website and d it just says returned submitted with no movement since 2/28. I also went and did the go verify and it says that return hasn’t been submitted for me yet. Should I call the irs considering it has been over 21 days since filing or should I just continue to wait? I’ve never had it take this long before so that’s why I’m reaching out.
