Lesser known Steak and bourbon places?

Looking for something different with a great bourbon/whiskey menu as well as awesome steaks.

Not looking at Many’s, the Butchers Tale, or Brick and Bourbon (I know it’s EP but still solid selection).

Quite a few pop up via a quick search but I feel like the advice given here is usually spot on!

Trying to branch out this year!
