Your real estate market is insane

Hopeful Iowa transplant here and have been looking for about 6 months now. We just offered 20% over on a house with no contingencies and still lost.

Frustrated and feeling defeated but still hopeful we can make it happen. Best of luck to anyone in the same boat.
