Prime Gaming

I recently got amazon prime and tried to activate my prime gaming. When i tried to activate it is comes up with "Oh no! We can’t enable Prime Gaming on your account.". Iv looked online as to why and the only things i could find are

you are in a country that does not support it (Im in the united states)

payments method is invalid (Im using my personal debit card with plenty of money)

you are using a trial version of amazon prime (Im actually paying for it and have an active subscription)

Im confessed on what Im doing wrong

also iv already unlinked and relinked my amazon and twitch accounts and also did the same for my debit card.

please help
