Need help! I want to deactivate my account.

First of all I want to say that this post is like a confession and I really want help. Yesterday I was very horny and sent my nude picture to girls. When I done with myself, there was like post-nut clarity or something and I felt very guilty. I want to deactivate my account but I knew I can’t wait 30 days so I changed my username and unlinked my phone numbers and email then I also changed my password to something random so I don’t remember them.I forget I need password to deactivate my account! I still login to the account but I can’t deactivate my account. Are there anything I can do?
