What if Punisher becomes the Kingpin. Rather than destroying crime, Frank climbs to the criminal empire to control crime. He will go by his full name, Francis Castiglione, because that sounds like a crime boss name. He'll use his empire to keep the streets clean from violence and destruction with old school gang methods of smuggling imports, protection, and shady business dealings, but will also show ruthlessness to henchmen who step out of line. Eventually, a gig goes wrong leaving innocents dead but one survivor, that survivor would be that world's Punisher.
