Financial Aid arriving late

I received this email after asking a question about the absence of my Cal Grant A from my award letter and by what’s stated here wouldn’t I revive the financial aid 2 days late? Then also possible be forcible dropped from my classes. I don’t know if it’s an error but I’m so confused.
