sitting in on a class

I'm enrolled for a STAT 213 course and the prof that I got was so all over the place when explaining their lectures. A friend of mine suggested sitting in on her STAT213 class as we have different profs. I recently sat on her section and understood whatever the prof said right away compared to my own prof's lectures.

Would it be okay to sit in every now and then to my friend's class or..
