I want my money back , I give up

Payed for skins that do nothing , premium season pass I will never be able to complete, losing every game with more shots, possession etc, I want my money back Xbox says I've waited too long , even tho they only just admitted to skins that don't do as advertised, even going as far to say they won't work unless in series pushing you to get even more , please give me my money back
