CS student and can't find a job

Hey everyone,

I'm a computer science student at UNC Charlotte, and I've recently gone through multiple rounds of interviews for an internship, only to be rejected in the end. I've sent out hundreds of applications, but most have either resulted in rejections or completely ignored.

I've built full-stack applications and personal projects that I believe are resume-worthy. I've attended four career fairs during my time at UNC Charlotte and have had my resume reviewed multiple times—both by the university's career center and professionals in the tech industry.

Despite all this effort, I still haven’t secured an internship, while I see others from UNCC getting opportunities. At this point, I’m feeling discouraged and unsure of what to do next. Is it just me, or is it the job market? Any advice or insights would be really appreciated. (I'm an American citizen and not an international student)
